After entering your delivery details, you can complete the payment using a secure method. Once the order is placed, you will receive a confirmation with your order details.
We currently deliver across Delhi (NCR). You can check service availability during checkout.
Delivery charges depend on your location and order value. Free delivery may be available on selected orders. Final charges are shown at checkout.
If an item is unavailable, we will inform you promptly and either provide a suitable replacement or issue a refund for the unavailable item.
Perishable items such as fruits and vegetables are not eligible for return after delivery. However, for non-perishable items, returns or exchanges are allowed within 24 hours of delivery if the product is damaged or defective.
To request a refund, you need to contact us within 24 hours of delivery and share your order details along with the issue and product photos (if applicable). Our team will review your request and process the refund if it is approved.
Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is not allowed.
