🛍️ Return Policy
Fresh Produce (Fruits, Vegetables, Dairy):
Due to the perishable nature of these products, returns are not accepted after delivery. Customers are requested to inspect items at the time of delivery to ensure quality and freshness.
Non-Perishable Items (Packaged Grocery Products):
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you may request a return or exchange within 24 hours of delivery.
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Proof (images/videos) may be required
💰 Refund Policy
Perishable Items:
Refunds are generally not applicable after delivery, except in cases of damaged, spoiled, or incorrect items reported within 24 hours.
Non-Perishable Items:
Refunds will be processed if:
- The product is found damaged or defective
- The return request is approved
👉 Refunds will be processed within 3–5 working days after inspection of the returned product.
❌ Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch
- Once the order is out for delivery / dispatched, cancellation is not allowed
- For prepaid orders, approved cancellations will receive a full refund
